Johathan S. Winkler, 27, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree criminal trespassing, petty larceny, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors, and second-degree criminal mischief, a felony. He was sent to Orange County Jail.
