Harriman Village Police

Oct. 1

Kelvin Mejia Del Cid, 23, of Monroe was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 12.

Oct. 8

Lisa Azor, 45, of Harriman, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 19.

Oct. 10

Fredy Amaya-Gamez, 30, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 19.

Oct. 9

Kristyan Galicia, 40, of New Windsor, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Oct. 13

Pawel Sliwinski, 22, of Garfield, N.J., was charged with first-degree unlawful imprisonment, a felony, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, a misdemeanor, and fugitive from justice. He was sent to Orange County Jail.

Christopher R. Dockery, 31, of Monticello, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

William J. Rosengrant, 59, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Amir Hamza, 29, of Middletown, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Everett Wilson, 40, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
