Vincent Maniscalco announces his re-election candidacy for Town of Chester Receiver of Taxes

Let me introduce myself, my name is Vincent Maniscalco and I am running for the position of Receiver of Taxes for the Town of Chester; a position I have held with great regard for the past 12 years. During this time, I have taken pride in delivering personalized customer service to all residents of the Town of Chester, ensuring their best interests with honesty and integrity.

I, along with my wife, Rose, have enjoyed living in the Town of Chester for over 46 years. We have raised 3 sons; James, Steven and Vincent; all of whom have had the privilege of attending Chester Elementary and Junior/Senior High Schools.

I have also known firsthand the value of community service. I have worked alongside many Chester residents while serving on the Chester Volunteer Ambulance Corp for over 15 years, and while raising my sons, as an active member with the Chester Little League for 10 years. These past experiences along with my present position as Receiver of Taxes, has enriched my life greatly.

As far as my education, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and have attended the Graduate School of Banking at Brown University. I have made my career in the Banking Industry as a Senior Vice President and Regional Director until my retirement in 2004. I believe my education and working experience has provided the foundation for what’s been my present success as Receiver of Taxes for the Town of Chester.

I believe I am the best candidate to continue serving the needs of Chester residents, whom I have lived and worked alongside for many years. If re-elected I intend to devote the next 4 years in the position of Receiver of Taxes for the Town of Chester with continued expedience, honesty and integrity.
