Houghtaling, 43, of Otisville was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in town court on June 9. May 22 Jerome Moore, 40, of New Hampton was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in town court on June 16. Karen Shuback, 24, of Middletown was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, both misdemeanors. She was released to appear in town court on June 16. May 23 A 19-year-old male from Chester was arrested and charged with possession of alcohol by a person under 21 years of age, a violation. He was released to appear in town court on June 16. May 24 Anthony Riley, 24, of New York, N.Y., was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in second degree, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in town court on June 16. Fabion Steward, 24, of the Bronx was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in town court on June 23. May 25 Jamour Norfleet, 23, of Unionville was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in town court on June 9. Timothy Kearns, 24, of Middletown was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. May 27 Katelyn Olin, 20, of Goshen was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. She was released to appear in town court on June 9. Kirk Koehler, 40, of Bloomingburg was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. She was released to appear in town court on June 23. Michael Colon, 23, of Milford, Pa., was arrested on a bench warrant from the City of Port Jervis. He was turned over to the City of Port Jervis Police Department. May 30 Andreina Reyes, 21, of Middletown was arrested and charged with operating with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. She was released to appear in town court on June 17. May 31 Ronald Revella, 51, of Middletown was arrested and charged with trespass, a violation. He was released to appear in town court on June 17. Hannah Budrick, 21, of Monroe was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. She was released to appear in town court on June 17. June 1 An 18-year-old male from Middletown and an 18-year-old female from Middletown were both arrested and charged with assault in the second degree, a felony, and reckless driving, reckless endangerment in the second degree, assault in the third degree, and unlawful speed contest, all misdemeanors. They were both arrraigned by Town of Goshen Justice Thomas Cione and released into their parents’ custody to appear in town court on a future date. Town of Goshen Police arrested four Goshen residents for allegedly causing damage to the gate, gateposts, and sign at the water treatment station located in Arcadia Hills with paintball guns. Cory Walker, 25, was charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, a felony, and criminal trespass in the third degree, a misdemeanor. Anthony Negron, 24, Judy Negron, 22, and a 17-year-old male were all charged with criminal trespass in the third degree, a misdemeanor. All subjects were processed and released on appearance tickets to appear in the Town of Goshen Justice Court on July 3.
