There was a packed gymnasium and heated crowd during the varsity boy’s basketball home game on Feb. 27, 2023. Goshen students, cheering from the bleachers, dressed in all black to support the team during its first playoff game of the season.
Goshen freshman Jimmy Kelly and sophomore Tyson Clark each scored 14 points. Senior Jaidyn Rutling added 13 points to the team total.
“We survived tonight,” assistant coach Gus Lawson said after the game.
