— The Verizon Wireless Wireless Icon Goshen store celebrated its fifth-year anniversary at its Clowes Avenue location in Goshen.

Executive Director Terry Smallin from the Goshen Chamber of Commerce organized a ribbon cutting to mark the milestone. Also attending were President Paul Campanella and Vice-President Charlie Pakula from the Monroe Chamber of Commerce.

New York State Assemblyman James Skoufis (D-99th District) congratulated the Verizon owners and staff, presenting the store with a five-year anniversary citation certificate.

"We would like to thank the whole local community for all their support over the years," said Nini Kaur, who has owned the store from the beginning. "We have grown over the years in Orange County, and that could have not been possible without the local community support."

Kaur said she strives to keep up with the new technology and offers great products to her customers.

"We have the largest selection of accessories, smartphones, tablets and more," she said. "Our professional and knowledgeable staff is here to service all your needs for cell phones, tablets, mobile broadband and a lot more."

She also offers free workshops so her customers can learn how to use the products they purchase.

The Verizon Wireless Wireless Icon Premium Retailer is located 110 Clowes Ave., Goshen. For more information, call 615-1300.
