— The SUNY Orange Foundation has added two members to its Board of Directors, welcoming Marc Devitt and Nicholas Tuck. Both began serving on the leadership body within the past few months and bring extensive community service experience to the Board.

Devitt and his father, Ed, own and operate Devitt Management Associates and manage an array of properties within Orange County, including Winding Hills Golf Course. Devitt serves as treasurer of the Orange County Water Authority, sits on the board of the Orange County Firefighters Association and is a former member of the Orange County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

As a founding partner of Quest Financial Services, Tuck has 24 years experience in the financial planning field. He and his partner, Robert Cepeda, have grown Quest Financial into one of the largest independent financial planning firms in Orange County by providing personalized service to many prominent business owners and private individuals in the region. Tuck holds Series 7 and 26 Securities Registrations and is a licensed life insurance provider.

“Although Nick and Marc have only recently joined the foundation board, they both have a history of volunteerism and philanthropy to the foundation and the college,” said Nick Illobre, SUNY Orange Class of 1971 and chair of the board’s Nominating and Retention Committee. “Nick has been a volunteer member of the foundation’s Investment Committee, providing expert guidance for several years. Marc and his family have been very generous to the foundation, most notably through their support of the new Devitt Center for Botany and Horticulture.

“We are extremely pleased that they were willing to join the board,” Illobre added.
