Impeachment graffiti defaces Chester neighborhood

Rita Flynn sent photos of messages about impeachment that were scrawled in chalk and spray paint on North Hudson Street in Chester, where she lives. No matter what you may think of the impeachment inquiry into President Trump, she said, people should not be defacing neighborhoods in this way.
