Goshen Lions collect plenty for holiday food drive

The Goshen Lions Club​ collected 114 bags of food and two cases of jelly during their holiday food drive, held Nov. 14 at the Goshen Presbyterian Church. Thirteen members of the Leos Club helped carry the food upstairs and into the pantry. The Lions extend special thanks to the Leos and to Luanne Palkoski Troiano, who directed the Leos in a restocking of the shelves in the pantry. Lions Susan Fast​ and Cecile Ayres each gave a generous cash contribution to the food drive. "Many hands made light work and we greatly appreciate their service to the community," the Lions said.
