Chester. Town of Chester Democratic Committee announce its endorsements for 2021 election
The Town of Chester Democratic Committee has made its endorsements for the upcoming 2021 General Election. The following Democrats have been nominated:
Susan Bahren, County Legislator, 10th Legislative: Bahren is the retired Commissioner of Elections for Orange County and the former Mayor and Trustee of the Village of Chester. She has been a life-long resident of Chester and has been involved in many organizations.
Tom Becker, Councilperson: Becker is a life-long resident of Chester and is running for re-election after two years on the Board. He is the retired Water Superintendent for the Village of Chester.
Brandon Holdridge, Councilperson: Holdridge is a life-long resident of Chester from the Trout Brook area. His experience includes working for Senator David Carlucci and Senator Skoufis’ campaign. He is a fixture at the Town Board meetings.
James Peterson, Highway Superintendent: Peterson is a life-long resident of Chester. He currently works at Inter-State Waste.
Karen Loupusnak, Receiver of Taxes. Loupusnak is a former Village of Chester Trustee and is currently the Officer Manager for Feehan Insurance in the Village.
