Chester. Slices of a variety of delicious cakes and steaming hot coffee greeted candidates and constituents alike at Anne Marie's Deli in Chester, which hosted a meet and greet on Sept. 28. Candidates from both parties discussed their ideas and handed out cards, looking forward to a win in November.
