Chester students learn about fire safety

On October 11, the students at Chester Elementary school got a lesson on fire safety from all three firehouses that serve the Chester community: Walton Engine & Hose Company, Sugar Loaf Engine Company, and Trout Brook Engine & Hose Company, according to the school district.
Students learned about fire safety tips for school and home, tried out some fire equipment and gear, and then asked the firefighters questions.
