Chester Town Clerk Linda Zappala and Councilman Bob Courtenay have a secured a $5,000 grant from the Orange/Sullivan Community Foundation to develop a supply pantry, including food and personal protective equipment, for residents in need at the Chester Senior Center.
The first delivery of food from ShopRite arrived at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 18.
