Norbert K. Noe passed away on Monday, May 10, 2021 at his home in Washingtonville. He was 65 years old.
The son of Jakob Noe and Lore Hiller Noe, Norbert was born on June 18, 1955, in Moetzingen, Germany. He was a retired police officer for the NYPD Highway 1 in the Bronx. He was the owner of Fine Blue Line Construction Company in Washingtonville, and the owner and broker for New York’s Finest Realty Company in Washingtonville.
Survivors include his wife Eleanor J. Selg Noe at home; daughters Alissa A. Szigethy and her husband James of Pine Bush, Shannon M. Stevens and her husband David of North Beach, Maryland, Erica L. Galin and her husband Brian of Washingtonville, and Brooke N. Noe of Washingtonville; sisters Karen Sommese of Chester, Linda Ferraro of Denver, North Carolina, and Waltraud Wellhauber of Eutingen, Germany; and nine grandchildren: Logan, Joshua, Calista, Landon, Brilyn, Xavier, Luke, Mackenzie and Adalyn.
Visitation was held May 17 at Smith, Seaman & Quackenbush, Inc. Funeral Home, 117 Maple Ave., Monroe.
Funeral services were held May 18 in the funeral home.
Interment followed in Washingtonville Cemetery in Washingtonville.
