A lot was going on at the Village of Goshen tree lighting this year. Of course, good old Santa was there enjoying the clear night. This year he was seated on his throne under a tent, waiting and willing to speak with all the children who came to him with their Christmas time wish lists.
The Junior Friends of the Goshen Public Library were on hand with their advisor, Elizabeth Tarvin, offering two free books to each child who came to the table, two books of his or her own choosing.
The All Night Graduating Class of 2021 brought two tables full of homemade adorable snow globes and other ornaments for purchase.
It was a wondrous night and wonderful start to the holiday season. Happy holidays to all.
