As June begins, the region blossoms with live music, including Backpack Snack Attack’s 4th Annual Warwick Summer Music Festival and the launch of Johnny D’s Live Music Nights at Coquito on Thursdays!

Saturday, June 1

Tin Barn Brewing (62 Kings Highway Bypass, Chester) will host Backpack Snack Attack’s 4th Annual Warwick Summer Music Festival from 12 to 8 p.m., featuring performances by County One, Frankie Goes to Dollywood, Elissa Jones, Flirtin’ With Disaster, Rob Cannillo, and Fiddle Frenzy.

At 2 p.m., Dan Brother will perform at Applewood Winery (82 Four Corners Rd., Warwick) while Kobi & Al present an acoustic set at Apple Daves (82 Four Corners Rd., Warwick). At 2 p.m. at the Last Whisky Bar (45 Woodlands Way, Warwick), Rave Tesare will perform for their Saturday Afternoon Jazz Series, while Strawberry Wine will bring traditional and neo-traditional folk and country tunes to Clearview Vineyard (35 Clearview Lane, Warwick).

Enjoy upbeat covers by Dave & John Acoustic at Glenmere Brewing Company (55 Maple Ave, Florida) at 3 p.m. Chris Raabe Band will perform at Pennings Farm Cidery (4 Warwick Turnpike, Warwick) for their Cidery Sunset Series at 5 p.m., with a $10 cover charge. At 6 p.m., the Sons of Hudson will take the stage at Orange County Distillery at Brown Barn Farms (286 Maple Ave, New Hampton) and at 6:30 p.m., The Fabulous Rhythm Aces will perform their blend of blues, swing, and rock and roll at Pine Island Tap House (682 County Rd 1, Suite B, Pine Island).

Starting at 7 p.m. Rob Cannillo & Friends will play the Last Whisky Bar, and Dave’s Not Here will perform at Cove Castle Restaurant (13 Castle Ct., Greenwood Lake), featuring Dave Hirschberg, Dave Gellis and Dave D’Pinto.

Barrel 28 (28 N Main St., Florida) at 8:30 p.m. will feature Hurley Mountain Highway Band, and Brotherhood will debut at Mattingly’s Tavern (16 N Main St., Florida) at 9 p.m.

Sunday, June 2

On Sunday, the festivities all kick off at 2 p.m., starting with a performance by Bard of the Hills at Pine Island Tap House and DnA at Apple Dave’s Orchard, with their eclectic singer-songwriter tunes. Jeremy Langdale will perform at Applewood Winery, while Let it Rain will play a mix of 70s rock, pop, and R&B at Clearview Vineyard. Stereo Mike’s will take the stage at Pennings Farm Market Beer Garden (161 Route 94 S., Warwick) And at Tin Barn Brewing, The Mighty Spectrum Band will make a mighty return!

Wednesday, June 5

For your Wednesday night fun, visit Blue Arrow Farm (86 Glenwood Rd., Pine Island) for Danny C’s Hot Rod Cruise Night & Summer Concert Series, featuring music by Blame It On The Girl, playing party rock tunes starting at 4 p.m.

Thursday, June 6

At 6 p.m. Johnny D kicks off his Live Music Night at Coquito (31 Forester Ave., Warwick) with a performance by Broad’Side Blues Band, playing a tribute to a broad base of multi-generational blues and rock styles and artists, alongside a new bistro-style menu. At Trail’s End Taphouse at GWL Garden Market (1197 NY-17A, Greenwood Lake), the Ken Flood Duo performs at 6 p.m. At 7 p.m., Nerd on Guitar will play acoustic versions of hits from the 60s through today at Mattingly’s Tavern.

Friday, June 7

Starting at 6 p.m., the Grapefruit Moon trio will perform at Pennings Farm Market Beer Garden, and at Tin Barn Brewing enjoy a show by Exit 130, a high-energy rock cover band playing hits from the 70s to current favorites. Anker will perform acoustic rock at 6 p.m. at Orange County Distillery at Brown Barn Farms. At the same time, Mystic Bowie’s Talking Dreads will take over the Sugar Loaf Performing Arts Center (1351 Kings Hwy., Sugar Loaf). Mystic Bowie, known as the “Head Dread,” re-imagines and revitalizes Talking Heads’ classic catalog with a high-energy mix of roots reggae, ska, and lover’s rock. At 7 p.m., Pine Island Tap House will host a game of musical bingo, and at 8:30 p.m., Mimicking Mar brings their high-energy covers and original tunes to Barrel 28. Blue Arrow Farm will feature The Wankers, the ultimate Britpop experience, starting at 7 p.m. Performing classics from icons such as Coldplay, Oasis, Radiohead, The Verve, The Smiths, and many more, The Wankers will transport you back to the days when guitar bands ruled the world.
