Florida. Chamber of Commerce to sponsor community BBQ, announce return of summer concerts
The Village of Florida Chamber of Commerce will be sponsoring a Community BBQ on Sunday, June 4, from 3 to 5 p.m. at The Park @ Glenmere Lake, Mayor Harter Drive and Glenmere Road in Florida.
Enjoy an afternoon of food, fun and music. Michael Coleman will be providing the food and DJ Echo from Echo Entertainment will be spinning the tunes. Armani’s Limo, Car Service & Mobile Detailing is sponsoring the music.
Tickets are $30 per person (1/2 chicken, two side salads, roll anddrink) or $5 per person (one hot dog with chips and drink).

The chamber also announced that the Keep the Music Going 2023 Concert Series at the Seward-Mapes Homestead Park will be returning this summer.
The park is located behind Rookies at 35 North Main St. in Florida. The musical line-up includes:
June 29,: Whiskey Crossing
July 27: Rock Underground (featuring Identity Crisis, Neon Beige and Huge Cowbell)
Aug. 3: Stereo Mike’s.
The concerts run from 6 to 9 p.m. each evening.
Girl Scout Troops 308 and 779 will host a Bake and Refreshment Sale at the June and July concerts.
