The Chester Historical Society will hold its 27th annual Christmas tree lighting at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 8, at the 1915 Erie Station museum on Winkler Place. The Song of the Valley group of Sweet Adelines and the Bruderhof Bellvale Community will sing carols. And inside the station, visitors will enjoy cookies, cakes, and cups hot cocoa, while checking out the beautiful decorations and historical exhibits. For more information call 845-469-2591.
