Annual memorial clambake and festival scheduled in Newburgh

The Newburgh Chapter of UNICO National will hold its 5th Annual Sal Cracchiolo Memorial Clambake and Festa D’Italia from 1-6 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 4, at the Montgomery Fire Department Pavillion, 136 Ward Street in Montgomery.
The picnic features assorted pastas, pizza, chicken specialities, sausage and peppers, mussels marinara, hamburgers, hot dogs, fruit bar, Italian desserts, beer, soda, coffee and, of course, clams.
Musical entertainment will be provided by Carmelo Liardi.
The event is in honor of one of Newburgh Chapter’s most dedicated and beloved members and monies raised from it fund local and national programs like medical research, scholarships, literary projects and community services.
This is a ticketed event.
Adult tickets are $40 each or three for $110.
Children ages 11-15 are $15 each and children 1-10 are free.
Clams are not included with a child’s ticket.
