August 9
Charles D. Cox, 26, of Stamford, Conn., was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 secured bond and is due to appear in town court on Aug. 11.

Gerard F. Twomey, 48, of Montgomery was charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on Sept. 26.

August 10
Christopher J. Laughlin, 24, of Chester was charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on Sept. 16.

August 11
A 19-year-old male from Monroe was charged with animal cruelty, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on Aug. 11.

August 13
Oscar N. Colon, 23, of Glen Spey was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He posted $60 bail and is due to appear in town court on Sept. 15.

August 14
Bradley K. Sellers, 21, of West Milford, NJ was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on Sept. 8.

Valerie M. Paul, 39, of Monroe was charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on Sept. 16.

Michael H. Green, 31, of Walden was arrested on two outstanding warrants. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $250 cash bail or $1000 secured bond on one warrant and $1000 cash bail or $2500 secured bond on the second warrant. He is due to appear in town court on Sept. 15.

Daniel C. Smith, 35, of Middletown was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on Sept. 17.

August 15
Andrew S. Andryshak, 35, of Monroe was charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on Sept. 16.

July 27
Kathryn J. Rivera, 41, of Warwick was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on August 11.
