Week of July 14:
Colleen Collins-Monaghan, 59, of Chester was arrested on the charge of aggravated harassment, a violation. She is scheduled to appear in village court on Aug. 7 at 5 p.m.

Thomas Maher, 48, of Goshen was arrested on a bench warrant for failing to appear in village court on the charge of petit larceny, a misdemeanor. He was released on $50 bail and is scheduled to appear in village court on Aug. 7 at 3 p.m.

Nikolas Heidt, 22, of Middletown was arrested on the charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He is scheduled to appear in village court on Aug. 14 at 3 p.m.

Lesley Nugent, 26, of Washingtonville was arrested on the charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. She is scheduled to appear in village court on Aug. 7 at 5 p.m. Approximately one hour later she was again seen driving, and she was arrested again for the charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. She was released with additional tickets to appear in village court on the above date.

Kristen Ramos, 24, of Chester was arrested on the charges of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. She is scheduled to appear in village court on Aug. 14 at 3 p.m.

Edgar Cousar, 48, of Chester was arrested on the charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He is scheduled to appear in village court on Aug. 14 at 5 p.m.

A male, 18, of Chester was arrested on the charge of second-degree harassment, a violation. He is scheduled to appear in village court on Aug. 14 at 3 p.m.

Jessica Mendoza, 30, of Florida, N.Y., was arrested on a bench warrant for failing to appear in village court on the charge of criminal trespass, a misdemeanor. She is scheduled to appear in village court on Aug. 14 at 3 p.m.

Samuel Wiggins, 53, of Albany was arrested on the charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He is scheduled to appear in village court on Aug. 7 at 5 p.m..

Steven Byrd, 44, of Brooklyn was arrested on the charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to Orange County Jail on $1,500 bail and is scheduled to appear in village court on Aug. 14 at 3 p.m.
