David Siegel, 52, of Oradell, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in village court on April 30.

Donald Morton, 86, of Pine Bush was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in village court on April 30.

Virgil Derrick, 35, of Middletown was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in village court on May 7.

Vincent McCormack, 63, of Goshen was charged with assault, a misdemeanor. He was arraigned before Judge Thomas Cione and released on his own recognizance to appear in village court on May 7.

Arcady Reynolds, 42, of Bloomingbrug was Arrested on a warrant out of the City of Newbugh Court. He was turned over to the City of Newburgh Police Department.

Temidayo Are, 25, of Middletown Was Charged With Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended Registration, A Misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in village court on June 24.

A youthful offender, 16, of Scarsdale was charged with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in village court on May 14.

Brendan Healy, 46, of Goshen was charged with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in village court on May 28.

Justin Traynor, 24, of Goshen was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, and arrested on a warrant out of the Town of

Newburgh Court. He was turned over to the Town of Newburgh Police.

Klerisa Peterson, 21, of Chester was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. She was released on his own recognizance to appear in village court on June 4.

Joshua Reyes, 22, of Middletown was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in village court on June 25.

Anthony Terrigno, 26, of Burtonsville, Md., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in the Village of Goshen Court. He was arraigned before Judge Fred Van Der Meulen and committed to the Orange County Jail on $250 bail to appear in village court on June 4.
