April 6
Ryan A. Paul, 25, of Wallkill was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on May 13.

Adam R. Franco, 23, of Blooming Grove was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on May 5.

Stephen G. Jaros, 22, of Warwick was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on May 13.

April 7
A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with trespass, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on May 13.

April 8
Anthony C. Siccardi, 21, of Chester was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant from the Warwick Court. He was turned over to the Town of Warwick Police Department for processing.

Darryel J. Ishmael, 36, of Queens was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant from town court. He posted $450 bail and is due to appear in town court on May 13.

Kimberly D. Hoenig, 23, of Chester was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on May 13.

April 11
Elizabeth K. Richardson, 26, of Chester was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on May 13.

Daniel Gonzalez, 41, of New Windsor was charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on May 13.

April 12
Ashton T. Dieudonne, 23, of Chester was charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, a felony, and driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on May 13.

Nikita Tomkevich, 30, of Tompkins Cove, NY was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on May 13.

April 13
Michael P Hannon, 51, of Monroe was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on April 14.

April 16
An 18 year old male and a 16 year old male from Monroe and a 16 year old male from Highland Mills were charged with robbery in the second degree, a felony. They were arraigned, posted $300 bail each and are due to appear in town court on May 5.

April 25
David M. Hongach, 36, of Walden was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant from Newburgh Town Court. He was turned over to the Town of Newburgh PD for processing.

Michael K. Humbert, 33, of Warwick was charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on May 5.
