Annieka Mangum, 33, of Warwick was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on April 7.

Brittany J. Houston-DeGroat, 22, of Warwick was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on April 1.

Kenneth Norman, 58, of Warwick was charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on April 1.

Alex Vale-Lasalle, 34, of Goshen was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on April 15.

Luis A. Garcia, 54, of Warwick was charged with driving while intoxicated and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, misdemeanors. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $750 cash or $2,500 secured bond and is due to appear in town court on April 1.

Jonathan K. Frascino, 33, of Tampa, Fla., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He posted $150 bail and is due to appear in town court on April 7.

A juvenile male from Chester was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Orange County Family Court.

Brynn A. Melder, 33, of Warwick was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on April 7.

Scott F. MacLeay, 48, of Warwick was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, felonies. He was remanded to Orange County Jail with no bail set and is due to appear in town court on March 24.

Candace M. King, 30, of Middletown was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant from town court. She posted $200 bail and is due to appear in town court on April 1.

Robert A. Lavender, 35, of Brooklyn was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He posted $100 bail and is due to appear in town court on April 7.
